This position is eligible for a partial telework schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

Your Responsibilities


As a Customer Support Representative - All Makes for John Deere A&I Products located in Rock Valley, IA, you will provide timely and professional assistance to respond to a variety of customer inquiries. In addition, you will:


  • Assist our dealers and resellers via telephone, email, or online chat.
  • Field questions or assist in placing orders, tracking shipments, providing lead times.
  • Support marketing programs and many other responsibilities within customer service call center.

What Skills You Need


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and operate multiple business systems like SAP, AS400, Microsoft products
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
What Makes You Stand Out


  • Bilingual (French/Spanish/English) communication skills (not required)
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with call center concepts including call queues, quality, and wait times
  • Customer support experience with customer interaction regarding products, parts, and services
  • Previous SAP, or AS400 experience
Education


Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:


  • Degree or working towards a degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business, or other related discipline.
